Verakin's success in the real estate industry has laid a solid foundation for the company. From Beijing to Wuhan, from Xi¨an to Changsha, every real estate project of Verakin has been very successful. Since 1998, Verakin Group has accomplished over 1.5 million square meters floor space, over 14,000 commodity housing units including villas. townhouses, multi-story apartment  houses and high-rise apartment houses, sales volume reaching over 5 billion RMB.In addition, a real estate project named Mountain Streams Villas in Chongqing, totaling 500,000m2, will be open for sale within this year, and Mountain Streams Villas in Chengdu, totaling 63,000 m2, is on schedule as well. Another real estate business, Verakin has established Verakin Real Estate Manngement Company, Beijing Watech Environment Engineering Co., Ltd., Verakin Development Company, Chongqing Verakin Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd., and other specialized real estate development companies.
Education and Training
In Chongqing, Verakin Group successfully acquired Chongqing No.2 Foreign Language School of Sichuan International Studies University and established Chongqing Verakin Training Center.
In Xi'an, Verakin Group acquired the pre-school. The elementary school of the workers and staff, and the health school of China Railway 20th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. In San Francisco, Verakin Group, Inc., affiliated with Verakin Group, Co. Ltd. Established the Chinese University of America with its U.S. Partner, Armstrong University.
In Beijing and Chongqing, Verakin Group holds several MBA Seminars together with Renmin University of China, all of which have received positive feedback. The Group has also established Beijing Verakin Culture and Arts Communication Center and has invested to set up and run the Verakin Dance Troupe formed by Verakin Group and Beijing Dance Academy.
Health Care Management
 Verakin Development Co., Ltd. was jointly established by Verakin Group and China Railway 20th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. on August 16, 2003. It reorganizes and manages the former nursing school and hospital affiliated to China Railway 20th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. in the form of share control takeover. The company plans to collaborate with Keuka College (USA), in offering nursing programs.
Tourism Industry
On April 23,2003, Verakin obtained the exclusive right of the management and development of Dujiangyan Qingcheng Waishan scenic spot for fifty years through investment; on October 16, it obtained the exclusive right of the management and development of Jianmenguan scenic spot for fifty years at Sichuan- Hong Kong Cooperative Development Week. Presently, these two projects are in preliminary development and programming stages and have a good projected outlook.
